This week is Anti-bullying week, and the theme is ‘Make a noise against bullying.’ We do not want children to be silent if they see bullying take place, we want them to be aware and speak out about the hurt bullying causes, and we do not accept bullying being dismissed as ‘just banter’.
Year 1 to 6 attended an assembly last week in preparation for this week, as well as receiving anti-bullying homework this week. Additionally, throughout the week, the children will be reading stories and exploring texts with an anti-bullying message to them.
