Year 6 have completed their SATS tests this week. The week began with a reasonable Grammar paper and a tricky Spelling paper. The children worked extremely hard at the Reading test the next day and worked exceptionally hard on Wednesday as they completed two Maths papers. The Reasoning paper was also tricky, but the children showed good resilience, working hard throughout the paper and completing it. The week finished with a final Maths paper on Thursday.

We would like to say a big thank you to all of the adults who provided us with breakfast every day, scribed and read to us and also to our fantastic Kitchen staff who provided us with snacks after SATS every day and made us a beautiful chocolate cake to celebrate the end of SATS. We had a fun day on Friday and went to McDonald’s to celebrate our hard work before the hard work begins again on Monday.

We are extremely proud of how hard the children have worked and look forward to receiving the results in July.
